Services
At Andolfi Family Therapy Centre, our clinical psychologists and counsellors are trained in systemic and multigenerational approaches to therapy. We understand emotional and relational challenges within the context of family, work, and life experiences.
Whether you come on your own, with your partner or as a family, our therapists will help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, strengthen important relationships, and move towards meaningful transformation.

Family Therapy
For families experiencing conflict, parenting challenges and life transitions.
Family therapy helps families make sense of the challenges affecting their relationships and find new ways of moving forward together.
Families come to us for many reasons. A child may be anxious, withdrawn or acting out. Parents may disagree about how to respond. Communication may have broken down, or the family may be going through separation, loss, illness, relocation or another difficult transition.
In family therapy, we bring family members into the same conversation. Each family member has the opportunity to be heard as we explore what may be behind difficult behaviours, recognise the patterns that keep everyone stuck, and discover new ways of responding to one another.
When family members take part in therapy together, everyone leaves with a shared understanding of the challenges. This allows new conversations and changes to continue beyond the therapy room and become part of everyday family life.

Couples Therapy
Helping couples reconnect and navigate difficult seasons together.
Couples usually do not come to therapy because they have stopped caring. More often, they come because they have become caught in ways of relating that leave both people feeling unheard, hurt, angry, distant or alone.
Every couple brings two different life stories into the relationship. The ways we love, communicate, respond to conflict and connect with one another are often shaped long before we meet our partner. Over time, these differences can create patterns that are difficult to recognise and even harder to change.
In couple therapy, we help both partners slow these patterns down, understand what is happening beneath them, and hear each other’s experiences in a different way. As new understanding develops, couples can begin to communicate more openly, respond to one another more thoughtfully, and discover new ways of relating that strengthen the relationship.

Individual Therapy
Helping individuals through life’s challenges.
Sometimes the difficulty feels very personal.
You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, grief, or navigating a major life change.
Individual therapy helps you make sense of what you are experiencing and understand why certain feelings, reactions or relationships may feel particularly difficult.
Together, we explore your experiences, activate the strengths and supportive relationships in your life, and work towards practical and meaningful transformation.
Although the therapy may begin with you, change does not always have to happen alone. When appropriate and with your agreement, someone important in your life may be invited to join a session to support greater understanding and lasting change.

Fees & Sessions
Fees ranging from RM200 to RM450 per session depending on the type of therapy and the therapist you choose.
Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes, and together with your therapist, you will decide on a pace and duration that best suits your needs. While some individuals, couples and families find that a few sessions are enough, others choose to continue for longer depending on their goals and circumstances.
We believe financial concerns should not prevent anyone from seeking support. If cost is a concern, please let us know. We are happy to discuss possible options to make therapy more accessible.
Not sure where to begin? Speak with our coordinator. We’ll help you find the service and therapist that best suits your needs before arranging your first appointment.
